My old com's up and running again! It simply wouldn't turn on one day, and I was like 0.0 Gave up after it repeatedly refused to awake from its slumber! Thanks to Uncle Derek who got it alive for me again :D

OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD!

I just gotta share this with everyone. For those who know me, I'm particularly weak in Geography, I don't even know why I took up that subject in the first place. Maybe I should have taken up History instead! But I didn't.

And I failed failed failed geog common test 1 to the lowest degree you can ever imagine. Thing is, we have another CT next week monday! And I'm getting the jitters. Well, in church today, I was thinking of the test I've to face on Monday, and I sort of started getting panicky. But then, the worship team started singing this song, and I totally got convicted.

I've been studying hard for this test, and I don't want to fail again! No matter, God gave me strength to face the math paper. Yes, I've a phobia of math as well D: But then again, God remains faithful through everything! I wasn't scared or shaking when I took the test. I just committed everything to Him.

And I will, for Geog test!

This week has been really uneventful, and I've found no motivation to post about anything. So I shall start my week's worth of story.

SHOP on Monday! ^^ Timo shared on Thanksgiving, which was really good, all the notes and all (: Had no PnW session though ): Haha, next Mon Fraser will be doing pnw while Isaac will be sharing ^^

Tuesday was WET. Really WET. WET as in new shoes soaked and drenched right through! It was raining so heavily as I walked to the bus-stop at 6.30am. Roads were flooding and it was raining CATS AND DOGS. Socks and shoes got wet, including skirt and bag. D: Terrible day! I had to sms Clara to bring a new pair of socks to school for me. Thank you Clara! ^^

Ms Lim: Can someone go up to the board and do the math question?
Me, being the very initiative math rep, goes up to do.
Ms Lim: Janet, why are you without your socks and shoes?
Me: Because they got drenched in the rain!

Wednesday, we didn't have training again. D: PC was meaningful though! We watched this video about thanking people who have touched our lives (: and so we were given slips of paper to write thank you notes. I wrote to my mum & dad :D

Thursday, my brother called back! And I got to talk to him for more than a minute instead of the pathetic 41s I talked to him the other time. I can't describe how good it felt to hear his voice! I've been bunking in my brother's room the past few nights, and I WILL still be bunking in till he comes home, haha :D

Friday, math test today. Thank you Matthew for your spare calculator! (Even though it's coated in liquid correction tape which was apparently scraped off through and through ._.) :D Haha, you saved my life! Thank you so much!

Training wasn't as good as I thought it would be today. Oh well, just gotta work hard(er) I guess. Will be going all out from now on [:

Went to IKEA to eat after HSK yesterday, food's really good. Then we (Creshelle, Pinky, Kimberly, Jieyu and me) walk walk around IKEA :D Then we go buy shoes! :D We bought like 8 pairs of shoes and the person was like 0.0 HAHA

Today was awesome! I'MMA HAPPY GIRL! :D We're finally done with the week 4's worth of tests! Get this, it was a totally nutty week. But still, we survived!

Training today was simply HAPPY :D I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling and singing to myself even while serving, digging, setting and spiking!

'Five hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Minutes...' From Seasons of Love! It's a great song too :) I only remember this line, of the entire song. Forgive my bad memory! :/

Okay, I'm really happy because I think I improved quite a bit in volleyball and I worked hard for the tests this time round. Like, really hard, and I feel really satisfied with what I've done so far!

I'm simply Counting On God to bring me through the next few weeks! I shall study for HSK now (mugger, yes I know!) and chill tomorrow! :D

SHOP on monday was good! Timo led worship, which was awesome. I felt God's presence among us, like really. Sharing was done by Matthew on the topic of 'Is Jesus God?' Bro left for army today D: I'm kind of sad about this and all 'cause obviously I'll miss him right! I wanted to pon school go Pulau Tekong to see him off, but mummy said 'NO'. D:

Chemistry Practical tomorrow. Studied quite hard for it, and I'm tired already. I just keep getting this tired feeling and I've been trying my best to sleep early! LOL. Doesn't work.

Bio and Chinese test on thursday. Chengyu test on friday. HSK test on saturday. D:

Okay, I'm too lazy to kup the rest of the pictures from Clara's blog to post here. So go see on Clara's blog! :D Everything was simply awesome. Blood Brothers made me and Wenning cry! I was like, 'crap, I'm crying!' And Wenning pushed tissue paper into my hand. Thank you Wenning! :D

And yesterday, was Good Friday. Something special happened, and I'm going to hold it very close to my heart. Or maybe, I'll just embed it in. It's impossible to describe, so I won't try. Just know that God's love is boundless for you, even if you feel wretched, or you think you're one. His love is made perfect in all our weaknesses.

I'm so so pretty sure my printer isn't a great fan of me. Which printer would, it I made it print out 40 pages of boring Geog slides for me? I've got proof it doesn't like me, okay!

The big big bump on my fore head! So I've to sit down for 30 mins and manually turn the papers since I'm an environmentally friendly person (LMAO) and decided to save a few small trees by printing double sided. And because I dropped some papers I had to bend down and pick them up and the table conveniently got into my way!

And further proof: right after the printer spat out 20 pieces of paper, it beeped and the screen said: 'Running low on black ink!' I'm like 0.0

4 Schools Meet was good today (: 20 x 100 was good too. I think we could have done a better job though, and we could have trained harder for it, like going to Kallang Stadium to run on actual track. But I'm really satisfied with the baton passing from Timo to me :D It was the smoothest, I think. At least it was better than during our trainings! (HAH)

Oh, and I don't know why my shoulders and neck are sunburnt. I'm like the only person who is sunburnt D: There wasn't any sun today and it rained! So how on earth did I turn into a red lobster?

To all athletes, no matter whether y'all screwed up today, you might have gone home feeling like crap/shit/down, but DHS loves you! And we think you did awesome. Mistakes are bound to happen, like not cutting lanes for 20 x 100, which was really =.= Everything will be for the better. We'll make a come back next year! So hold your heads high and smile to the world yeah!
