Had friendly match with CHIJ St. Joseph's today. Me, Creshelle and Pinky missed warm ups because we were late. Seng Kang is like super ulu, and the taxi drivers didn't know how to get to the school. We got REJECTED by 3 taxi drivers! Seriously, come on. That was the stupidest thing ever happening to us.
Sheesh. I have nothing else to post, except that we had a great lunch at Curry-Sans and gossiped like old aunties in the restaurant. :D

HELLO :D
I've been MIA-ing for the past week and one day, because I just don't feel like blogging.
Life's boring, everything's boring and monotonous, except for the occassional quarrels I have with my mum which frankly speaking, are VERY AMUSING. I shall not attempt to explain further, but well, really.
Training began on Monday, right after the Youth Cup. OMG. You can imagine how SICK I am of Hougang Mall after traveling there for 5 days in a row. I tell you, blindfold me and I can lead you right to the doors of Hougang Mall. Try it - for once, let the blind mouse lead.
Even though we did not manage to get into the second round of the Youth Cup, I believe we took away something much more valuable than golden sparkly trophies. I learnt the spirit of the game. This is going to sound like a mundane reflection (warning!) I don't regret going for the Youth Cup, risking the wrath of my mother's fury upon me. Well yes, she doesn't support me joining volleyball. Ah well. I suppose fiery passion outweighs endless fury?
Through the 5 games, our spirit gradually built up. However, it didn't bring out the fullness in us. We could have done better, much better. With the games, we also amended our training regime, asking our coach to be harsh on us. I don't really think much about other... stuff. Just to concentrate on improving myself, sort of an obssession right now.
Training yesterday was good. Our coach compelled to our requests, and he's been harsher on us than any given time. For that, I am grateful.

Something more important I want to blog about is JUBIX. Let not tears dampen our hearty spirits. Drink of the joy we had together as a class, savour the forged friendships and lastly, waste not the memories we share as one. Carve them in your minds like how smiths would fashion their swords with precious jewels at the helms. Keep each other in support and in faith, for we have gone through ordeals worth two years, and the time spent in one another's company are tresses of love worth more than gold. Cry not, for our days together have not yet ended.
